Stryke's Scoop April 2021

Wrapping up...

March Highlights

Finished Harvard-University of Zurich Sustainable Investing Cohort

  • Spent a week in a conference with peers from around the world to discuss and put a wrap on our six month journey of learning about the ins and outs of impact investing.

Broke 6"/mi. for 3 miles

  • Running 3 miles under 18 minutes was no easy feat, but I was able to stay on track and accomplish the goal I had set a month earlier.

Got out on a farm

  • Got to spend time with my friend and his family out on a ranch... yeehaw!

New Stuff

Crypto

  • Lots of stuff going on in the crypto space, but figured I'd share my two cents... my brother, our mutual friend, and I have been trying to decipher the whole "de-fi" space over the past month - diving into everything from NFTs to Enzyme finance. I'll be publishing my next few Ponderings on this topic!

Books

My head was burried in school related books this month.. will give an update after I finish reading Gates' How to Avoid a Climate Disaster.

Struggles

Destressing

  • This past month I've struggled to give myself a break to breathe and destress. Just need to make a couple changes and give myself a little more me-time in the coming weeks.

Closing Thoughts

Can't believe I'm one month away from being completely done with undergrad. This semester has flown by and I know the summer is soon approaching.

What’s Next

  • Figure out Gamestop

  • Have fun

  • Find landing place for after college

If you’re curious to see more of what’s going on, be sure to check out the rest of my blog. Or to see last month's update, check out Stryke’s Scoop from March!

Until next month!
